Unsorted waste

All non-recyclable waste. 

Brown bin

Household organic waste

Raw or cooked kitchen waste and scraps, fruit and vegetable peel and scraps, meat and fish scraps, kitchen scraps, rice, bread, pasta and flour, coffee grounds, napkins soiled with food residue. 

Yellow bin

Glass

Bottles, glassware, jars, vases and glass carafes

Purple bag

multi-material

Plastic bottles, soft drink cans, trays for foodstuffs (in PET, polystyrene and polypropylene), disposable tableware and glasses, aluminium food trays, metal bottle tops, kitchen aluminium foil.

No container

Paper and cardboard

Newspapers, magazines, books, notebooks, cardboard boxes, broken down boxes, containers (Tetra Pak) for beverages and food.

Green container, tubs or baskets with handles

pruning and gardening waste

Grass, leaves, cuttings, prunings, bundled small branches. Overall weight must NOT exceed 7 kg
